Central African Republic ECTN
2000 was the year that the Bangui Customs Officials implemented the regulation that made ECTN mandatory for all shipments to the Central African Republic. And if this certificate isn’t delivered, there will be severe consequences and a penalty. The Central African Republic is a landlocked country, so all sea cargoes are generally transported from Cameroon. But you only need an ECTN for the Central African Republic.
ECTN is a mandatory certificate. However, most people still miss and overlook this certification despite being an obligatory certification.
